The support we offer

Heidi Mind Care provides relationship and emotional support with Huda AL-Sadoon, a Psychology and Sociology student and relationship and emotional support consultant. It is a warm, confidential space for talking things through. Huda AL-Sadoon is not a registered psychologist and does not provide clinical psychological treatment, therapy, or diagnosis. Heidi Mind Care is not a crisis or emergency service, and it is not a substitute for urgent medical care.

If you are in crisis

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or you are having thoughts of harming yourself, please do not use the enquiry form to reach us. Call the emergency services on 999, or contact the Samaritans free at any time on 116 123. These services are available around the clock and can help straight away.

No doctor-patient relationship through this website

Getting in touch through this website does not create a doctor-patient or clinical relationship, and it does not guarantee that support can be offered. Nothing on this website is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription. Any working relationship begins only once it has been agreed directly between you and Huda AL-Sadoon.

Using this website
